These two get married in just two weeks, so I figured it was about time that I blogged their engagement session! I met up with Sydney and Jake for their engagement session on a very (VERY) cold day in January. In case I didn’t get the point across – it was COLD. Temperatures in the teens and wind chill in the single digits. Pretty sure it was the coldest I have every been while shooting, and I was wearing several layers of clothes plus a hat and gloves and boots. These two … man, these two were rock stars. Except for the couple of snaps I took of the “in between” moments when they were desperately trying to warm up, you’d never know just how cold they were! I have so many favorites from their session and honestly can’t believe I haven’t shared before now. Needless to say, I am anxiously counting down these remaining days until their wedding at White Oaks Barn.
